“Can I give 100 stars? Cianna was an ABSOLUTE Angel at helping me decide what works best for me, listened and asked for my input on everything I tried on to help me hone in on what I wanted. Especially with me being such an indecisive person, I was amazed at how well the entire experience was and the customer service. It felt like I was shopping with 'one of the girls' with a good eye for style. Her compassion shows through her work and she listens to what you want and presents the best options I didn't even know I would like! The boutique was adorably put together and had SOOO MANY OPTIONS in so many colors! She respected my privacy and had such a helpful hand and touch with clipping. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS! “My son had his first official eye appointment so he could get glasses last week. My insurance covers just a small amount of the exam, frames & lenses, so I was pretty anxious imagining the cost of everything. Skip to the end of the appointment which was extremely thorough and pleasant, and I find out Ill have to pay at minimum $75 out of pocket. I asked the man helping my son and I if they could hold the glasses until the very next day when I was able to pay. He was very kind and understanding to my situation. He says he needs to check on something and when he comes back he lets us know that there would be no cost. I was and still am shocked. Every employee was so kind and helpful. The visit was plesant and stress free. We will definitely be going back to this location again, and Id recommend this business to anyone and everyone!”
