OK let me start by saying I never pictured myself as a Harley Davidson owner. So I honestly had no idea the models the makes etc. etc. And I will apologize because I don’t remember the salesman‘s name but he was amazing and the finance manager Steve. Those guys took an a Enormous amount of time explaining to me the differences between the models. Every question I had was answered. There was also another young man who gave me instructions before I Rodeoff he was spot on. There was also a wonderful female who helped me properly fit my helmets. I have to tell you the service was impeccable. I honestly felt like I was a valuable member of their family. I can’t imagine being treated any better thanks to everyone my hats off. I’m adding this now as I remember. They had me out of there in about an hour riding my new motorcycle. The young lady in the finance office did the paperwork like lightning there was no hesitation no delay they actually valued my time there’s something that never happens anymore
