“I was recently at Concordia at Rebecca Residence for some short term rehab and care after a long hospital stay. Being that I worked in a long term facility/rehab center for 14 years, I understand what a wonderful team you need to succeed in caring for a multitude of people with a multitude of differences. I had incredible care from the CNAs - all kind and pleasant and helpful. Sometimes I had to wait a little while for my light to be answered, but I understood how busy it could get. They have one of the hardest jobs ever, and they all handled it well. The nurses were great also. I enjoyed my daily visits from housekeeping - again all pleasant and wonderful workers. My therapists did a fantastic job creating sessions to work on the areas I needed, but were also open to my opinions as well. They were creative in some specific areas. Like the other staff, they were all kind and encouraging. I also enjoyed working some of the therapy students who were doing their internships at the facility. The Activities staff were also wonderful. With COVID restrictions, I thought they did a great job. I also appreciated the system that was set up for family visits and item drop offs. I also enjoyed most of the food, and the dietary went above and beyond to cater to the specifics of extra protein and vegetables that were recommended for my healing. I would definitely return if I it was needed and highly recommend this facility.”
