He was extremely nice and made the whole process way less nerve-wracking than it can be sometimes (last time I got a new phone, I was at a Verizon store for 2 hours). I am just one of those fair skinned people with every visible vein you can imagine. The first thing I was told was to be patient. It is not an overnight fix. Also I must say that the treatment is sometimes uncomfortable, but tolerable.
