Anytime that I have had a question or issue they have immediately responded and made any adjustments needed. Recently my husband and I both had surgery and they have graciously carried my large heavy order to my car. When I have failed to notice that I was low on food or had to go out of town unexpectedly they have bent over backwards to accommodate me for which I am grateful. I highly recommend. My only small issue-I’m not a cat person-sorry! -their extremely friendly cat that always greats me at the door loves me!!!!!”
