“We have purchased our bikes from them over 10 years ago and they have been great! Every once in awhile we'll go back for a free service on the bikes. We recently got new tires and tubes, but there was a price discrepancy. After talking with the attendant I realized that some of the communication problem was on my part. Regardless he knocked the price down some and went above and beyond. That is the type of customer service that makes me want to go back.”

“Pretty decent service, had a problem with my pc didn't know what, they figured it out and then emailed me about it, ordered a new part I needed then they replaced the old one and boom pc fixed, everyone is super nice and friendly, only compliant was the time it took for everything but I guess I just had really bad timing on when I took my pc in, a month has passed still dont have my pc back yet I know the owner had family business going on but I was hoping someone would at least keep the store open just so I could drop by and get my pc. Even with that said as long as I get it back soon I'll bump this review up and 100% consider going back for any future problems with my pc. EDIT: got it back next day, again solid service super nice people would recommend”

“I went in for an alignment for my car. Paul, one of the mechanics was very helpful. I had other issues with the car. He wouldn't align the car until the other issues were addressed. Paul also did not insist that they do the work. I appreciated his honesty, and not being pushy or insistent on them doing the work needed done for the alignment. I'll be back, and I recommend this place for car repairs!”

I had gotten skates from my local pro shop and had 2 bad experience , one the boots where a size and a half to big , got new skates and they still caused me so much pain and issues . My coach recommended Rich and I went down and he is AMAZING!! He really tries his hardest to fix issues. He is the only one who truly cares about his skaters .
