After waiting 25 minutes (voice recording kept saying, " you wait time i less than 10") I spoke with a person who said basically she couldn't help me either as they were overloaded with calls. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS!
