I can't stress enough how wonderful the customer service is and what a wonderful job they do. I take my husband's shirts every week, they are fast and do a great job; however I had an experience where they went above and beyond. We picked up my daughter's bridesmaids dresses Agnes Edmonds in Pottstown and they did a horrible job on the rhinestone belts they had sewn on. Some of the dresses had the belts sewn right up to the zipper but on more than half of them one side was sewn up to the zipper and the other side stopped an inch from the zipper. When my daughter called her up as soon as she noticed it that afternoon the owner gave her attitude and hung up on her, horrible customer service do not ever buy anything from them. We ran the dresses down to Douglass Cleaners and she pieced some more of the belt onto the side that wasn't finished completely and you never would have known it wasn't a complete belt and that way to start. She also straightened out the belts that were sewn on crooked. She did a fabulous job and she had them ready for us Saturday morning, I don't know what we would have done without her!!! I will be a customer for life, it's hard to find that level of customer service anymore!!!
I have been very fortunate to find Douglas Cleaners. Our clothes have never looked better and Helen goes above and beyond with customer service. 5 stars!
Helen is always a pleasure to see when picking up or dropping off your clothes. It’s the fastest cleaners around. The prices are very reasonable especially for the work that she puts out. I’ve had my uniforms hemmed and tapered at multiple dry cleaners but this dry cleaners is by far the best as well as the prices. Wish I came here sooner. Besides the lady, Helen behind the counter is always happy to see you.
Helen is awesome and always delivers amazing customer service. She quickly turns around your clothing and gets it back to you and if something is needed in a short period of time she also makes that happen! It’s all about the experience. I will always go see Helen for my dry cleaning needs.
