“This gym led me to discover that I actually love working out! Before Beyond Fit, I had only been to gyms where you show up and are just left to figure everything out on your own. I’ve never lasted more than a week at places like that. Even though I WANTED to workout, I was too intimidated and discouraged since I had no idea what I was doing or if I was doing it correctly. I also had nobody guiding me in defining my fitness goals or how to reach them. So, eventually I told myself I just wasn’t a “gym” person and stopped trying. Beyond Fit is exactly what I needed. It’s a completely different experience! The workouts are fun, challenging, and can be modified to anyone’s level of fitness. I always leave there sweaty and feeling accomplished :) Coach Ty really knows what he’s doing, and is always right there to encourage you, answer questions or explain a move. He also helps us define our fitness goals and track our progress along the way, which is extremely motivating. I tell everyone about this gym! I can’t recommend it enough.”
