“Highly recommend! Adam is second to none! On Christmas Eve, my grandmother (94) went to put her hearing aid in and the tube snapped. I tried everything. There was nothing I could do. Without her hearing aid (she affectionately calls it her ear) she can hear nothing, nothing at all. You can imagine her disappointment realizing she won’t be able to hear the Christmas hymns at church on Christmas Eve or even be able to have a conversation on Christmas Day with family or hear her great grandkids laughter and joy throughout the day. He fixed Nan’s hearing aid that day (without even having the correct part he still managed to make a temporary fix and ordered the part), but moreover he gave her nothing short of a Christmas miracle. Then as if that wasn’t enough he refused to even charge us anything at all and was happy he was able to help her out at Christmas. The very best Christmas present our family got! Needless to say Nan is now a patient of Adams at Precision and we could not imagine ever going anywhere else.”
