  Bought my pellet stove there and get pellets every spring when they are on sale. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access of Route 183.

  I contacted Kegerreis Stoves to have two pellet stoves cleaned and serviced since they had not been professionally cleaned or serviced since we moved in. They had a service tech (Tyler) to our house in just a few days and he spent nearly half the day here cleaning both stoves very thoroughly as well as our exhaust port on the outside of our house (in the rain no less). He also properly diagnosed wy our insert stopped working at the end of last winter due to a bad ignitor. A few days later I called and they had the part I needed in stock, I picked it up, put it in myself and it fired right up! So far everyone I've dealt with was professional and polite. I did feel like the cost for a cleaning was a little high when they quoted me on the phone but after seeing how much time and effort went into a proper cleaning and knowing that my stoves are safe and ready to operate all winter long is great peace of mind worth the cost. Thanks for a job well done!
