Additionally, we realized on the way home with the truck that all the speakers did not work... Dave had me bring the truck back in, confirmed all 4 speakers were blown out (what are the odds!) - and ordered me new (non factory!) ones, then and there. He scheduled me within a week and a half (this also fell over Christmas holiday) and had the speakers all installed free of charge just today. Great customer service. I see some poor reviews in the area of customer service, but we had great service here. Dave is somewhat new there, so perhaps the service level is changing. Would definitely give them a shot... and we will be back when we are ready for a camper!”

After ordering several parts to cover all bases, I was given an appointment and was told it would hopefully take about an hour. I came back an hour later after shopping and the car was done. Very happy that they were able to fix the problem and wanted to do anything they could to accommodate us - even doing the service on a Saturday. The only way this could have been any better was if they washed and vacuumed the car.”
