“All of the doctors and office staff are extremely respectful and helpful at this facility! There were several instances where I had run out of medication and needed a refill but could not afford to make an appointment as I was paying out of pocket without insurance. Not only did they understand and still send my prescription in for a refill, but they also went out of their way to accommodate their schedule for me so that my insurance coverage would cover my followup appointment in time. I am very, very pleased with the customer service received from this office and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable family doctor.”

He has been also wonderful in answering questions through the "My Chart" application and has sent helpful information as promised every time. He doesn't make you take extra testing that is not needed. As a nurse, I find he is a very nice and intelligent doctor, up to date with health trends and procedures.”

“I was blown away! The other night we dropped off an assortment of shirts, sweatshirts and jackets; probably about 20 in total for our business. Not only did Tim sit in the back with us for easily a half an hour editing our logo to make it perfect, but he was very helpful and nice about it. They had all of them done by the next night, and they looked amazing. This wasn’t our first time with bestonium and it won’t be our last. They’re fast, efficient, helpful, kind, and we’ve never had a single issue. We definitely recommend!”
