I have been a student at MATT Yard since October, the second I walked through those doors I felt so welcome. If you aren’t a fan of the “gym” this is completely different. Each individual student and teacher will cheer you on and encourage you to keep going. I have learned discipline, structure, and how to effectively defend myself in countless different ways. You learn something new every single class, as well as use your existing skills. I’ve started attending this class to get in shape for my wedding this November and I’ve lost over 10 inches, and continue to push through to reach my goals. It has helped me mentally and physically become stronger than ever, and I’ve gained a whole new family from attending. I highly recommend these classes to all!

Amazing traditional Muay Thai school. The instructors are incredibly humble and very welcoming all while being able to effectively teach the art through step by step coaching. Other schools I've visited I've received a vain sense of unnecessary superiority from instructors trying to simply recruit you in their program proclaiming they're the best in their striking and are all about trying to get you to sign up. The guys at MBMT are totally the opposite. Extremely helpful and patient all while being very humble and respectful whether you're a beginner or at an advanced level.

Mercer bucks Muay Thai is an amazing program!! I've had the best time training with them. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and so willing to help you! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I've learned so much in a short amount of time. Definitely worth giving it a try, the workouts are a lot of fun!!
