  Just a great place, can not say enough how much I have loved this place at 7am mon-sat!. Strength is king for staying young, raising metabolism and improving shape....this place is just fabulous. You get 3 days strength classes and three days aerobic conditioning per week. That is 6 awesome days of fitness. Hard workouts, never boring/huge variety, great motivational instructors. Sundays off.

  Regular morning gym-goer for >9 years; made a switch to US in Mar 2022: best decision my fiance and I could have made!!
  
  Always upbeat music, coaches and staff interactive/motivating/knowledgeable, ever-changing daily schedule. Incredibly clean facility. Able to accommodate varying levels of athletes.

  What can I say that everyone else hasn’t said already. For someone that hasn’t been in gym for 20 plus years, they helped through every exercise and made me feel right at home.

  The trainers are very helpful with educating you on the right form to use during class, and substituting out or altering certain exercises that fit your needs. The classes are upbeat and everyone is friendly!

  I have finally found the perfect gym. Underlying Strength has everything I’ve been looking for at other gyms with no success. The classes are a perfect mix of strength and aerobics, led by knowledgeable and dynamic coaches. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need.
