“BJ's Tire Center in Conshohocken Pa. has very polite and knowledgeable customer service techs! Joe is one of service technicians. Although I bothered him for more than a month about purchasing the best tires for my vehicle, he was never annoyed with my request for quotes and other Tire related questions for my 2015 Acura RDX. He repaired my flat tire on my initial visit and when I came back more than a month later he installed for new tires on my vehicle. I still felt that the Michelin tires I purchase were a little bit pricey to be coming from a large company like BJ's. I really feel like they could negotiate better deals with tire companies. My tire installation included 36,000 mile road hazard, lifetime tire balance, lifetime flat tire repair, lifetime tire rotation mounting, new rubber stem valves and tire disposal. Contacting them via phone could be a challenge because there's usually only one person working at a time in the garage area making them unavailable to answer the shop phone. When calling your best bet to contact the tire technician is to call the main store and have them paged. BJ's is one of the best places around to get tires!”

“I Bought a Healey 3000 rear housing that they said was in good shape. I told them I did not want a rusty unusable part and in fact what I got was a rusty unusable part with a quick coat of paint. The pits where the axle seals ride make the part worthless. They have offered me another part to replace the rusty one. They were great, in working with me. I stopped by their shop on a trip that had me in their area. He exchanged the bad part for a serviceable rear and apologized for the bad rear getting shipped.”
