That kind of attention to detail means EVERYTHING.
(November 28, 2019, 8:38 pm)This place is amazing.. even for non gluten free eaters! Their peanut butter delight bars and vegan chocolate chip cookies are my favorite! They also have amazing (huge) brownies. Everything is so so so good!
(May 22, 2019, 7:20 pm)We had a gluten free cake made for our son's college graduation. They beautifully decorated the cake with his college logo (Carnegie Mellon University). It was delicious, and you wouldn't know it was gluten free. Thank you!

I was really happy (no pun intended) to find the Happy Mixer Bakery. They have great tasting products with great texture. I'm from Chicago and I brought back 5 or 6 things, doughnuts and I needed gluten free dessert for Easter and The Happy Mixer far exceeded my expectations.
