The trainers and staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and just good people. The members who start out as strangers, have the same qualities and are people I look forward to seeing at each workout. The classes and workouts are challenging but in the most positive way possible and everyone is so encouraging that you can't help but want to give 110% to better yourself. We started out doing the 6 week transformation program, which sounds scary... but in truth, not only is it achievable, but it's also sustainable. They give you all the tools you need to succeed to improve your quality of life.
