I opened my member account in Norristown. I was serviced by Mr. Michael Sloboda and it was a wonderful experience. Michael was helpful, patient, understanding and kind. We were able to open my member account expeditiously and without any issues. I could tell Michael loved his job and that he has been a long time employee. I am looking forward to a long relationship with American Heritage.

The customer service representative Taylor was very helpful. She was very informative on becoming a new member. She told me everything I needed to know. I was very pleased with the experience and I am happy to be a new member.

I liked my teller, I think her name was Patricia 🤔.

My transaction yesterday was a little more complicated than normal and she seem to understand what I wanted better than I did. Her knowing what I wanted put me at ease.
