Got shuttle service home (only a mile away) Kept me informed of the progress both by email and phone: alignment was out and got that done, too. Nice waiting area which I had used the last time I waited for the service I like the covered area for dropping off the car in bad weather.”

My car is a lease so I never even really care about it. But from now on anytime any light comes on on my dashboard I'm heading straight over to this place. They had my tires ready for me and delivered and on my car within 1hr from when I called them. This is unheard ask your friends. They were so quick and professional. I didn't even mind paying a bit more. I'd rather pay once and have it done right then have to pay 2wice and have it done wrong both.”

“Came here on the recommendation of my uncle after my parked car got sideswiped pretty badly. I was contacted pretty regularly and given detailed updates and explanations of the status of repairs. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and pleasant. The quality of the work was phenomenal. It literally looked as if my car had never been damaged in the first place, both under the hood and outside of it. The employees I spoke with did recognize that repairs were taking longer than expected and explained it was due to various parts being backordered. As a result I just owed my deductible. Tax and the betterment fee for a new rim and tire waived, which was nice.”
