“Perfect program, from the coaches with their pro positive attitudes to the full body circuits. When first being introduced to the exercises, I had concerns about being able to complete the eight week challenge but the 45 minute circuit was excellent. With the coaches support, a healthy food plan and positive outlook, my husband and I did it! The men and women are a mixed age group with a single mind set to become healthier, wether to lose weight and/or to tighten and tone. My husband and I are older, 61 and 60, and are so happy with our results (so far!). My husband has two bad knees and a bad back and cannot believe how much better he feels and how more more mobility he has, let alone his weight lose and higher energy level. Personally I am more confident in the way I feel in my clothing since losing inches and feeling more toned. On a final note, I definitely am more relaxed and smiling more often, so there must be something true about the endorphins ????
