“I initially submitted a request for a quote on an installation of a Pressure reducing value and also the relocation of a hose bib. The quote did not separate the costs for each which is my only complaint about the company. I asked them to resubmit a bid for just the PRV which they completed and we decided to move forward. When the tech arrived at our house, he determined that the quote did not include more extensive work which would need to be completed for installation. However, the company honored their quote and completed the work. They did a fantastic job and we will be using them in future for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.”
