“New manager is doing a great job so far. Returns emails promptly. Car wash is back up and running; no longer a storage area for the maintenance crew. Pools are open and the gym. Gym was updated during covid closure. Hoping they will redo the clubhouse/office area... very, very outdated. Doesn't match the beauty of the outside of the building and units.”

“The maintenance people keep this clean and lite brightly however this is the main spot that the horrible dog owners that live here abuse by allowing their animals to poop EVERYWHERE AROUND THE GAZEBO from beside the rose bushes to in the center of the gazebo.”
