Once again, Parker’s Appliance came through! My 5 year old Speed Queen washer stopped dispensing fabric softener. I couldn’t find the manual so I called Parker’s.

Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a stove and a dishwasher. I plan to get more items in the near future. Absolutely perfect installation with supreme attention to detail through the whole process. Forget big box stores, this is where you want to come for a genuine interaction with people who care and know the product they sell. It’s hard to find people who take pride in what they do. Amazing Products and Service. We required a service call on our Speed Queen washer. The Service Coordinator, Tina, was efficient and polite with the scheduling and simple diagnostic steps and even tried to get it scheduled the same day. Steve arrived at our home and he was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Within minutes of listening to me explain the problem, he diagnosed it, made the adjustment and tested the machine. He reassured us that it was repaired but also reaffirmed with us to call if we ever have any other problems as it was his pleasure in helping and meeting us. You can purchase products anywhere but its the service that makes the difference. Buy local and support your neighbors. Kudos to Steve and the entire Parker Team.
