Judge Stoughton heard both sides of the case, asked many questions, reviewed what he was told and then took several days to research the pertinent facts before making his ruling. The ruling was fair, within the confines of the law, and really unchallengeable by either party due to the fairness of the ruling. If you are ever in his courtroom honesty, forwardness, and respect will go a long way.”
