“I discovered Milbert's several years ago after some bad experiences with the local retail chain shops. So far, they've proven themselves to be quite knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused. They're familiar with electric vehicles, and they handled the servicing of our 2014 Nissan Leaf's brake rotors quite well (winter of 2019-2020, I think). An issue arose with the parking brake afterward, but they were upfront about what happened (cable routing was shifted a bit during service, which decreased the applied tension) and they quickly fixed things up at no extra cost. My parents have been using them for a few years as well, with good experiences so far. The only downside to being good at what they do is that it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment on short notice. I guess they're doing something right if their problem is that they have too many customers. I had my Bolt EV inspected there earlier this month, and it was the first time I've seen their lot without any double-parked cars. I guess the pandemic eased their workload a bit, so I'd say take advantage of good service without the crazy backlog while it lasts.”
