(December 30, 2018, 2:44 pm)My husband and I were considering upgrading to a king size mattress and stopped into the Downingtown Mattress Firm today to get a sense of pricing. We were immediately greeted by the new store manager Mitch Goldman who helped us through the entire mattress buying experience. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable all the while working with us to stay within a price range we were comfortable with. Mitch had us try out an adjustable frame that we otherwise were not considering and we ended up loving it. We can't wait for our new bed to arrive! We would definitely recommend.

He did whatever he could in his power to help us get set up with the mattress that we needed along with other great amenities. (December 10, 2018, 11:40 am)The manager Mitch Goldman @ the Downingtown location did an awesome job at explaining the different types of mattress' (Soft to firm) and helping us pick out the best kind for lower back issues/pains. He did everything he could to help us and answered all our questions. Great Service compared to many other mattress stores! Definitely would recommend this location to anyone!
