I discovered this little gem after both my small kids were diagnosed with the flu AND hand, foot and mouth simultaneously, in the middle of an ice storm. It might have been the worst day of my life as a mother, and Town Center Pharmacy was the only store in town with the meds we needed, since there was a shortage because of the flu epidemic. Will the Pharmacist gave me service I've never experienced in my entire life. After chatting about my needs, he told me to come over and that he could help. Not only did he come out to my car in the freezing rain so that I wouldn't have to drag my two sick kiddos into the store, but he gave my ill son a toy on the way out the door—making his day. Then he offered to deliver a third prescription I needed to my house, since the doctor had not called it in yet—saving me from dragging the kids YET AGAIN out the door when they were miserable. For a mom with sick kids, meeting Will and finding this pharmacy was like finding a little piece of heaven or traveling back in time to small town America. I've never been so impressed with customer service, or felt treated so kindly from a stranger.
My husband and I use Town Center Pharmacy in Eagleview (Exton) for all of our prescription and pharmacy needs. Fabulous friendly service from Will Short and his team. We transferred all of our prescriptions from the big chain pharmacy. Same co-pays as the chains. Recommend highly.
I've been going to Will for years now and will use no one else... When I call he recognizes my voice right away... Tops in Customer service!
