I am a 45 year old male looking to burn more calories and change up my gym routine. Passion for Cycles is unlike anything else I have ever experienced. I can easily burn 400-600 calories during this 1 hour class. The fact you stand while cycling is a totally unique idea. Getting off the bike do perform strength training exercises also makes the class just fly by. I have more energy, feel more flexible and can't wait for me next class! Give passion for cycles a try this week.”
