(December 27, 2018, 9:22 pm)At first I was very upset with my movie being broken when I got it. My suspicion is its the way the post office treated it and not dejaviewed fault. However, I placed a complaint and the owner called me personally within a hour of me placing the complaint. Issued a full replacement in the mail rush ordered since it was a Christmas present. Gave me a gift card to get a movie on the house. And literally responded to every text within minutes. Absolutely the best customer service I ever received. I will definitely be doing business with dejaviewed again.
