I cannot say enough about the fantastic team of Matt, Cass, Molly, and Nick and the support they offer to each person in the gym. You feel that you are part of a family and that everyone wants you to achieve your goal(s). If you are feeling sluggish or your knees/back hurt, the trainers want to know to ensure that you are getting your workout in but doing it safely and with what you can handle on that day. Matt and Molly have also helped with nutritional support, significantly promoting better eating habits.
