“Last Saturday, May 21st, my wife and I broke down in Morgantown about 50 miles from where we live in Chester County. I called On Time towing, spoke to Sam. He was not only pleasant and professional but said he could pick up my car within the next couple hours. I was not only surprised but shocked to get this quick of service especially on the weekend. I can’t say enough about how pleasant this experience was in an unpleasant situation. We live in a time when it seems like customer service in almost every industry just doesn’t care and no hurry to help people. It’s never a good thing to have your car towed but Sam made the experience much less painful and even followed up showing the car was delivered to the repair shop in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend “On Time” towing to everyone and would definitely use them again if I had to.
