They identified an issue with my chimney cap and were able to repair it at a very fair cost during the installation process. I had a minor issue with my product during the first week that was a result of the manufacturer, nothing to do with Bob or his work, but Bob came out personally and was easily able to rectify the issue. Everything is up and running smoothly and I can rest easy knowing how responsive Bob is should any questions/concerns come up in the future.”
