I make a point of being extra fast and happy in those times. I used to manage a shipping warehouse and COMPLETELY understand the trials of packing and shipping. Tough job, often thankless, and often blamed for things out of your control. They do one thing really well, and that's pack and ship. Everything else is a bonus if they can be of service for you, but packing and shipping is their thing. I have been using these guys for 9 years now, and have NEVER had a problem. Both professionally and personally. Notice that the negative reviews are all from people who asked for something they don't do, or was not their core job. But, If you want packing and shipping, this is the place.”

If I had waterproofed each year after the first year I'm sure I'd get at least ten years more wear out of them. Tough and durable as hell and I have put some miles on them.
