Management typically takes care of issues and repairs quickly and at convenient times. I like the close proximity to White Clay Creek Park in DE and Fair Hill NRMA in MD for their hiking and biking trails. As an IT Consultant I change job locations regularly, so being able to commute to Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, or West Chester within 30-40 minutes is great, especially once you figure out the best back roads to get there. Overall it has been a good experience and a great place to live.”
