But one thing still irks me and that is the stockers of this store still insist on filling empty spaces with products so it looks good to the consumer and the managers but then they don't reorder the things that are really missing. Presentation seems more important than having a happy consumer.”

“I was driving cross-country with my daughter in a 1977 RV, Ford Econoline chassis and panicked thinking I had a leak in the cooling system. My daughter found Chris's place on her PHONE and we made our way to him near dark, where he explained how the older systems had no reservoir tank, so it was only excess coolant that had been spilling out and the radiator was fine; BUT, he said to keep an eye on the Master Cylinder and brakes, which looked like it was ready to go. We had to beg him to take money for his expertise and knowledge!! He put my mind at rest and the remainder of our trip was worry-free. An honest mechanic is money in the bank, people!”

“Not too bad. Appointment was at 1 p.m. arrived at 12:30 p.m. was assigned to a dock right away. Was done and loaded before 5 p.m considering there were a few trucks ahead of me and how busy it was. FIrst check-in is at building one. The staff are very, very friendly and optimistic. The area in the yard is very clean. The area inside the docks is for the most part very clean and organized. Second check-in was friendly. There is limited overnight parking, which is superb. Lots of room to roll around in. Busy, very active facility. The only downside is that there is very limited access to the facility (not their fault). Also, There are a bunch of cars that suddenly appear out of nowhere while backing up or driving around the yard. Also, feel that the second check-in is kind of unnecessary, but to be assured of proper protocol, I guess it passes. The building does close overnight, so, no overnight restrooms. For those four reasons I will take off one star. The rest are very well deserved.”
