“Great state park. Clean and well maintained. There are lots of activities you can do at this park. I do wish the bathrooms stayed open year round. They have a port a potty for late fall/winter seasons. Nice trail, picnic areas, fishing areas.”

“KM gardens just finished a major hardscape project at my home. The project included a boulder retaining wall, new flagstone walkways, a large flagstone patio, and covering my old front porch with flagstone. I cannot say enough about this company. I have very high expectations and they met them with no problems. It was awesome to work with a company that takes real pride in their craft. Just as important They were on time and budget exactly as quoted. Thanks for bringing our vision to life. We are looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.”

“A 13+ acre park in Downtown Borough along the east branch of the Brandywine Creek. The park provides soccer fields and has a ton of soccer nets. It has a picnic pavilion and the Dave Hatt Pavillion, two Port-a-Pottys, a basketball court, two swings, a playground and a walking path. The walking path does a loop and also connects by a path to the Milltown bridge behind the Dowiningtown Borough Police Department over the Brandywine Creek to the path to Kerr Park. The path also has a learning section with things like hop scotch. Distance markers would be a nice addition to the park.”

“Thank you Retta and Doug for such a wonderful experience. Our guide was fantastic and patient. Doug (owner) was kind and friendly, Retta (owner) replies to all emails, quickly. The views along the trail were breathtaking and the trail ride itself interesting (not a boring ride through an open field)..we will certainly be back.”

“Frank is a wonderful man and I love his $5 burger special. I don't like the chubby long haired bartender. She is rude and I can never get a second drink. Good owner and excellent food. Bad service but I still give him 5 starts. Its hard finding hired help.”

“The car wash was the kind I grew up with! My kids had a blast helping me soap up the car and watching it bubble out of the brush! The coin machine was not working the day I arrived so I was digging for change but hopefully that was a once in a while occurrence!”

“The Inn is off the beaten path but, worth the drive. The setting is beautiful in a small village with an eclectic group of stores. I was there for lunch and had Chicken Noodle Soup & a Crab Cake sandwich. Both were very tasty & the presentation was perfect. Service was good.”

“This is a great place to visit for several different types of activities.. This is a very popular insert point for canoers and kayakers who will go Downstream many miles to their pickup point. There are hundreds of acres here, so it's a great place to walk your dog, go for a walk, go for a jog, and there is even a historic graveyard on the property that used to belong to a mental institution that was in Chester County near by many, many, many years ago. from my recollection it was probably the early 1900s where the mental institution would take their deceased patients to rest. it's a very peaceful place, and a nice place to visit if you have the time.”
