I am a 45 year old male looking to burn more calories and change up my gym routine. Passion for Cycles is unlike anything else I have ever experienced. I can easily burn 400-600 calories during this 1 hour class. The fact you stand while cycling is a totally unique idea. “Adorable little roadside stand/shop along Route 100 in Glenmoore, Chester County. They have gifts, produce, baked goods and a whole menu of coffees! They also sell cooked foods to take home (pies, soups, etc) and make a mean breakfast sandwich on a homemade roll. We came in December so I am not sure what they have the rest of the year but in December they also had Christmas trees and stunning wreaths and swags available for purchase.”
