“After breaking my tibia and fibula and having screws and plates put in my leg I was a little skeptical about going to PT. I thought I could just exercise at home. I am glad a coworker pushed me into going. Mary and Tyler were great. They showed me exercises I never would have thought of. Mary was very good at manipulating my leg. She is very knowledgeable about pain and what exercises will be best to correct the problem. Even after I had a setback I relied more on her intuition on what happened more than my doctor. She never diagnosed but more like suggested. Her suggestions turned out to be very accurate. 7 months after my surgery I am walking really well and have been back at work for a couple months. Tonight was my last session and I know I still have a road ahead of me to be completely out of pain and back 100 percent. Without a doubt I know if it weren’t for Mary and Tyler’s expertise I wouldn’t be in this good of shape. “This is the only place we buy our meat from I absolutely refuse to buy or eat meat from anywhere other then Lapps! Always so fresh, meaning it's not prossed to last longer like in every other grocery so yes if you leave a pack of meat In your fridge for a week it will go bad quick! Which is a great thing because normal grocery meat seems to last forever, yuck???? you cannot beat the quality and prices of this place it is simply the best! Staff and owners are always very nice! Store is super clean. So happy we found this place when we moved to PA last year ! Everyone should stop by and see the place, guaranteed you won't want to buy meat from anywhere else again !”
