(July 20, 2019, 8:35 am)A very relaxing and peaceful setting. Nice place to spend time with family and friends outdoors. The people around were very friendly and respectful of our belongings.
(July 7, 2019, 10:26 pm)Fun, free enjoyable state lake (make sure your boat, kayak has a launch permit) Nice and leisurely trip around the outer perimeter of the lake. Easy for kids to keep up because there's not much of a current. Make sure each boat (or kayak) has a life jacket for each person. The fish and boating officers will spot the one person without one from the other side of the lake.
(July 3, 2019, 12:37 pm)Great time had, kids really enjoyed themselves. Everyone on the sand was courteous and pleasant. The grounds were clean and the sand was smooth. Great location to wade in the water, relax and read a book, go kayaking, or fishing. Looking forward to returning soon.
