It's a smaller size store, and there is certainly a wider assortment online. But I like to look at things in person and be able to ask questions. The fish tanks are taken care of really nicely compared to other stores. The first time I went I was assisted by a very friendly woman named Eleanor and her supervisor Carol. The associates at the registers were friendly on both trips as well.”

“I noticed the low tire pressure light in my car. When I checked it, it was a nail. I had to go to work and after work I went to another tire shop. They said they'd have to replace and didn't have my tire brand. So I came to Mavis and Katie helped me. She was super friendly an helpful. She was able to repair my tire in less than an hour. “This was my first visit to this particular Verizon store and it was a positive experience. I was initially looking for a replacement cord for charging my phone and the salesman was very helpful. He also took extra time to answer several questions I had about phone problems that my husband has been having with his cell phone and also helped review our current phone costs. He offered some helpful information about changes we could make that could lower our costs. I would definitely recommend this place.”
