“Upon entering the boutique I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who proceeded to tell me about the 20% discount for the day on all merchandise. When I was ready to check out I was treated with respect even though I purchased from the clearance section only. Then I was given the opportunity to select a gift from the gift basket in the front of the boutique, a very beautiful pair of kitchen holiday towels. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely go back. The merchandise is top quality and the boutique is very organized and clean.”

“Francie was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her table arrangements, our bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and memorial arrangement for my husband’s mom were all gorgeous. She did exactly what we wanted. We used hydrangeas, which are very special to me because they remind me of my grandmom who had hydrangea bushes surrounding her house. It felt like she was there with us, which I know she would’ve loved to have been.”

“We are thoroughly satisfied with our shopping experience from the initial planning and ordering with the help of our design and sales assistant, Linda to final delivery and installation. The sofa is very nice and exactly what we expected. We were especially pleased to get the additional 2% savings when the 20% October sale (time we ordered) turned into a 22% November sale. If I could offer one suggestion for an improvement in service, it would be to reduce the charge for delivery which we found to be the highest of any we encountered while shopping, although the delivery and installation were handled very professionally.”
