  I love lulu's clothing and usually have a great time at the store with lots of pleasant help
  But this time, I was disappointed and think I have come across this manager before and she always makes people feel beneath her
  I have tried the cotton tights on in store before purchasing online and thinking they would fit perfectly, wore them. I have spent thousands of dollars at Lulu and they do their best to satisfy their customers, but this manager acted extremely distrustful, as if I were trying to get away with something. I had already bought the tights and was not truly looking for a refund or even different pants, I was simply asking an employee how to prevent getting oversized tights when 8 is my size in all other tights but this one I had bought, she offered to switch them out. Now I feel like a deviant, when this should be a courtesy, since I and many others spent an egregious amount of money there and don't typically have issues like this. Just know the other employees are very sweet.

  Fantastic customer service! This was my first time in the store, I usually buy online. I will be going instore to buy my clothes now! Loved every second of the experience! They also have free instore yoga on sunday mornings, excited to check it out!
