Some items can be expensive, but most are not. This tends to result in a purchase more often then not. Let's not kid ourselves, this is not a necessity store, but rather an excellent accessory store. “I love lulu's clothing and usually have a great time at the store with lots of pleasant help But this time, I was disappointed and think I have come across this manager before and she always makes people feel beneath her I have tried the cotton tights on in store before purchasing online and thinking they would fit perfectly, wore them. I have spent thousands of dollars at Lulu and they do their best to satisfy their customers, but this manager acted extremely distrustful, as if I were trying to get away with something. I had already bought the tights and was not truly looking for a refund or even different pants, I was simply asking an employee how to prevent getting oversized tights when 8 is my size in all other tights but this one I had bought, she offered to switch them out. Now I feel like a deviant, when this should be a courtesy, since I and many others spent an egregious amount of money there and don't typically have issues like this. Just know the other employees are very sweet.”
