Most recently a problem I thought I was stuck with regarding tire pressure monitoring was resolved even though I didn't ask about it. Also - the techs were able to do the major repair the same day while I waited and it was thankfully covered by a special warranty protection the techs identified. On previous occasions when I have thought there was an error or a mistake it has always turned out to be my own fault. They have never let me down and I would gladly recommend their service department to anyone with a Chevrolet!”

“Very nice new Panera! The inside is on the smaller side but the interior is new and modern. It has also several self-service kiosks in addition to the normal counter. The staff is very nice and helpful and the food has been good as well; it is what you would expect from any new Panera. My two main critiques are: 1. The size of the location, like I said, it is on the smaller side. I wish there was more room, especially 'working' space to get things done and plug in your laptop or phone. 2. When I have visited this location, there are always dirty tables which makes finding a clean place to sit difficult if it is busy. They need to either hire more people to clean or prioritize it more.”

“I hadn't been in this store since the Granite Run Mall closed and the entrances were changed. They have done a lot of remodelling and it looks really nice. I think some departments were moved around so it took me a while to get reoriented but I would say the changes were for the better. I was shopping for a Christmas gift and was successful so it was a positive experience. There are other stores that have opened nearby recently that replace the area left by the removal of the mall. I think the parking access to Boscov's is better with this new arrangement too.”

“If you are looking for a sport for your kids, archery is the answer. They have experienced teacher's that tutor your child. My nephew is a member and he just keeps getting better. It's not really cheap but in the long run every penny is worth it. I highly recommend Middletown archery.”
