“Yesterday my wife called the LensCrafters in Springfield to see about eye exams for both of us at Vivid Eye Care. We were able to get exams late yesterday and ended up picking out glasses as well. The staff on both sides were all extremely friendly and seemed to do whatever you needed efficiently, politely and most importantly with a smile on their faces. My wife specifically wanted me to name Dan and Cody on the LensCrafters side and all of the ladies on the Vivid side were awesome. The entire experience was a positive and I would highly recommend them. My wife went back today and picked up her new glasses and she is totally happy and mine need to 5-10 days but I was made aware and feel fine with it. The positivity is a nice change . . .”

I went in knowing that I needed a lot of work done. the staff was friendly and fairly gentle given the procedures I needed to get done. Dr. O'Brien and Bonnie we're excellent and extremely patient with me. Sabrina was super helpful and even helped me square away insurance issues before i visited the office. They provided me with a treatment plan and made a number of reasonable suggestions to afford it. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable the entire time. Overall this has completely made me more comfortable with visiting dentists.”

The receptionist is honestly one of the sweetest and most helpful hostess’ I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She takes her time to talk with you and determine what you need and answers all of your questions. The stand out so far for me has been massage therapist, Dom. He is so knowledgeable about the musculatory system and massage technique. His impressive knowledge of the layers of musculature in the back is awesome. He really listens to the muscle and let’s it guide his pressure while ensuring it is the pressure you want and need. He is also simply a genuine pleasure to work with.
