“We had an interior designer come to our home who was very helpful. She designed our sofa to fit our space and also helped us to choose what other furnishings would fit and compliment our sofa, as well as additional details such as wallpaper and paint. One thing I wasn’t happy about was the delivery. No one called us to inform us our sofa was ready and to schedule a delivery, my husband had to call after 6 weeks to see what the progress was and to schedule delivery. Also, no time frame was given on the day of delivery. I waited around all morning until I finally called at 1:00 to get some information, only to find out I wasn’t scheduled until at least 3:00.”

“Recently I moved and a lot of life changes happened. Along with moving, I was in need of a new mattress. I went all over town to try and find the best mattress for the best price. I came to Mattress Factory and was greeted by Len. Now I own 2 mattresses and me and my family couldn't be happier. First off, Mattress Factory in my opinion has the largest selection of quality name brand mattresses and the nicest set up of the stores I saw. It was comfortable and made the experience nice & easy. Also, Len the salesperson is so friendly and actually cares about the product he's selling. There was absolutely zero pressure, and I was able to take my time and ask a lot of questions and Len got me the best deal possible for BOTH of my mattress purchases. I compared prices online and Mattress factory was significantly lower than any other places I saw. And delivery was easy! IN AND OUT! I'm being honest when I say I'm beyond happy with my experience and I will always call Len at mattress factory for my mattress needs! THANKS AGAIN!”

“Gymboree has some very cute clothes for kids that you don't find anywhere else. The quality is good but the prices are high! I buy when there is a sale and I have a coupon. Their clearance sale is the best. There is also Gym bucks which I use. I mostly shop online but the Springfield store has the best employees. They are helpful without being pushy!”
