“I love lulu's clothing and usually have a great time at the store with lots of pleasant help But this time, I was disappointed and think I have come across this manager before and she always makes people feel beneath her I have tried the cotton tights on in store before purchasing online and thinking they would fit perfectly, wore them. I have spent thousands of dollars at Lulu and they do their best to satisfy their customers, but this manager acted extremely distrustful, as if I were trying to get away with something. I had already bought the tights and was not truly looking for a refund or even different pants, I was simply asking an employee how to prevent getting oversized tights when 8 is my size in all other tights but this one I had bought, she offered to switch them out. Now I feel like a deviant, when this should be a courtesy, since I and many others spent an egregious amount of money there and don't typically have issues like this. Just know the other employees are very sweet.”

And we haven't been on our A Game lately and I apologize on our behalf. But in order to get the best service, please be patient and respectful. The job description didn't say that there would people put money on the counter and get mad when you do the same with their change. Or people get upset at you because you're the only barista working and there's a line. There a little sign in our backroom that says, "Be the reason someone smiles today."
