“Stayed at Hummingbird Guest Nest on 8/17/18 with my son. Easily made day-of arrangements over phone with Smitty, the affable owner. Perfect set-up for 2-3 person kayaking group. (Possibly more than 3?) Full kitchen area, living room area, and 3 bedrooms (not sure but possibly all Queen-sized beds). Bathroom with shower. Rack for hanging rinsed-off boating gear. Porch. Fire ring (which we will use on our next visit.) Spic and span clean. Non-smoking. Endearing photos of raft-guiding son. Reasonable pricing. Located on Blaine Street which is up the hill (up Sheridan Street) from the Falls Market Restaurant and Inn located at the intersection of Route 381 and Sheridan Street in "downtown" Ohiopyle. Overall impression? Could not ask for more given the ample space, cleanliness, price, and location.”

“Sharon has done a root canal for me & a crown. I ALMOST could’ve fallen asleep while she was drilling! This is a very relaxed place. Her shots don’t even really hurt! Sharon is very careful not to hurt you. She takes her time & her work is good. She made sure my bite was perfect before I left so I wouldn’t have to go back for an adjustment. “Hiked from mile 0 in Ohiopyle to the Ohiopyle shelters, 6.5 miles in 4hrs. Great elevation changes, great views and the trail was marked well. Shelters are well maintained and firewood was plentiful. Day two, hiked to from the shelter to Rt. 653 parking lot, about 6.5hrs over 12.5 miles. That hike begin straight up for 2 miles and ends going straight up at the 653 parking lot. Overall, a great trail and well maintained by the park system.”

Blair was very welcoming and didn’t pressure me or persuade me to any other car. Bought an 05 Buick with 65k miles and it runs wonderfully. Dings and scraps but it’s a 16 year old car.
