  Alpha is an amazing place to go & workout, great atmosphere, great owner, great people all around. Definitely a place to go if you're tired of an overrated gym that you feel out of place. You just feel like you're family when you're there. Jeremiah has to be the best gym owner in the area.

  This gym is amazing! The atmosphere really motivates you to work-out. Everyone there is encouraging and friendly especially the staff and owner, who is also very knowledgeable. I never liked going to the gym until I started going here!

  This was my first time at a gym and quite frankly it was awesome. I didn't feel judged or anything of the sort and the staff seemed very polite. For me there was plenty of equipment in order for me to achieve my goals and I will absolutely be going back. Superb place, coming from a nervous and shy person that's never lifted a weight to save his life.
